Cricklewood, NW2, is just over the hill from West Hampstead, where we started sixteen years ago. Gladstone Park is handy for a quick loop, but for a proper walk your dog needs somewhere wilder, so that is where we take them.

Dog walkers in Cricklewood NW2
We collect from home, drive out to woodland and open heath, and walk a small group for a full hour, with the driving never counted in it. Same walker, same friends, same calm rhythm, so dogs settle into it quickly. Cricklewood is Stephanie’s patch: seven years with us, a maximum of four dogs, and walks on Hampstead Heath.

Daycare is four hours in our Secret Woodland with a small group of regulars. Warren runs every round himself, and dogs come home happily, properly knackered.

We keep things calm
We would rather a dog came home settled than came home exhausted from chasing. Calm walks build calm dogs, and calm dogs are a joy to live with.
