Who we are

Premier Dog Walkers provides dog walking, doggy daycare and dog boarding in North West London. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means Premier Dog Walkers. You can contact us at info@premierdogwalkers.com or on 020 8442 0520.

What we collect through this website

If you send us an enquiry using the contact form, we receive your name, email address and anything else you choose to tell us, such as your phone number, your dog’s name and breed, your postcode and your message.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive whatever you send us that way.

If you type your dog’s name on the homepage, it is saved only in your own browser so the site can greet your dog by name. It is not sent to us.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to arrange and provide our services. We don’t sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.

Where it is kept

Enquiries arrive in our business email, which runs on Google Workspace. The website is hosted by Hostinger. Clients’ booking details are kept in our booking app, Appy Dog, and walkers only see the details they need to look after your dog.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up. If you become a client, we keep your details while we look after your dog, and afterwards for as long as we need to for our accounts and records.

Cookies

This website uses cookies that are needed for it to work. We will update this page if we add any other cookies, for example to measure visits to the site.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email info@premierdogwalkers.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
