In Barnet, EN5, we do one thing, every day: daycare, run by Warren himself. Barnet is one of the closest places we collect to our Secret Woodland: a fifteen to twenty minute drive, not forty.

Barnet is daycare only. Later pick-up, earlier home, same four hours in the woods. About the Secret Woodland →
Daycare only here, no walks. Warren runs every round himself.
Four hours in the woods
Almost none of the day spent travelling, nearly all of it in the trees. Muntjac at the edges of the clearings, pheasants crashing up out of the bracken, six dogs and one man gone into the woods for the afternoon.

We keep things calm
Calm is not a nice extra. It is the safety measure. A dog that stays settled all day handles whatever it meets (another group, a jogger, a loose dog on a path) without making a bad decision.
