If you’ve never used a dog walker before, it helps to know exactly what happens. Here’s a normal walk with us, from the moment we pick up your key.
Collection
Morning walks are for Hampstead, West Hampstead, Highgate, Primrose Hill, Belsize Park, Kilburn and Cricklewood, with collection around 9:30. St John’s Wood and Maida Vale walks are in the afternoon, collected around midday. You don’t need to be at home. We’re fully insured to hold keys, and our keys carry your dog’s name, never your address.
Where do you walk?
We drive out to proper open ground. Most groups walk on Hampstead Heath in groups of four, either in the West Heath woodland or on the open Heath Extension, depending on the dog. Nick and Emma take groups of six to Arrandene Open Space in Mill Hill.
How long is the walk?
A full hour of walking, never less. The driving isn’t counted in it, so your dog is out of the house for about an hour and a half in total.
How will I know how it went?
Your walker sends you a WhatsApp with a video of your dog and who they’ve been running around with that day. When your dog is home, the walker marks the booking complete in our app and you get a notification.
Same walker every day
Your dog has the same walker each time. If they’re away, cover comes from inside the team, from someone who already knows your dog.
Walks are £25. See dog walking for more, or come and say hello. Every dog meets us first.
